Gareth is a social entrepreneur,  Consultant, Coach and Connector.  He founded, grew and subsequently sold his first Management Consultancy business, and once he had integrated this into a larger venture helped to float them on the AIM market. He has a background in Technology and its practical application in Organisations.

Everton is the Founder of Merrit Rock and is a business aquisitions specialist. He brings a wealth of experience to Blue Diamond and will be developing and leading our investment and acquisition strategy.

Dr Sukanta has a PHD in GIS and over 27 years of GIS and Consulting experience with Inovaantage, a global and data driven IT solutions company.  He has received multiple awards and publications for his work in this field, including the Global Asian of the Year, and The United Nations Global Excellence Award. 

Nav is a digital entrepreneur experienced in account-based marketing & directing product strategy, primarily focused on cloud solutions. Effectively uses digital media & technology to build routes to market and enhance sales pipeline. 

Natasha is a born entrepreneur and is the Founder and Director of Remarkable Jobs a global Recruitment Agency.  Natasha is a born entrepreneur who has successfully started and sold a number of businesses. 

Sourav holds a Masters Degree in Business Administration.  He is our Company Secretary and also provides Executive Support Services across the Group
